IMMEDIATE OPENINGS

Senior Maximo Technician / Trainer Sacramento, CA

Minimum / General Experience: Requires four (4) years of working experience in software development, technical support, solutions deployment, or consulting of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Enterprise Asset Management Solutions (EAM), or Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP). Must have strong communication, presentation, organization, planning, and the interpersonal skills necessary to work as a team member and act as a liaison with customers. Proficient personal computer (PC) skills required. Must possess understanding of supply-chain management, procurement activities, maintenance, crafts, or industry specific business process. Must have general knowledge of Oracle or SQLServer database platforms and working knowledge of PC’s, handheld devices, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Access, e-mail, and other software applications as required. Must be familiar with various client-server software, legacy systems, Internet technology, enterprise applications, and integration techniques and technology.

Functional Responsibility: May serve as a project lead, task lead, or customer liaison. Provides MAXIMO application training and expert advice on product implementation, integration, enhancement, or other projects as applicable. Assist with providing training coordination support for client's MAXIMO system. Analyzes customer business requirements and application objectives, develops configuration design, functional, and technical specifications to meet customer needs. Leads or participates in periodic status checks with client and team to assess progress against plan. Works with appropriate personnel to estimate time frames, quantity, and skill set of resources required to successfully implement projects, and ensures that appropriate resources are assigned to the tasks defined. Serves as lead or assistant for workshop facilitator, system deployment, and system upgrades. Evaluates existing MAXIMO and other enterprise installations and recommends improvements including the daily performance of other functions necessary to support the project. 

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Application or project management certification or seven (7) years relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.


Additional Position Details: This position is located in Sacramento, California. Ideal candidate will live in the immediate area or be willing to relocate to the Sacramento metropolitan area at their expense. Travel within the state may be required but will be limited to 10%.

Maximo Technician - Sacramento, CA


Minimum/General Experience: Candidate will have shown progressive growth within a Facilities Maintenance organization with experience in facilities support services, technical support, or consulting for Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Enterprise Asset Management Solutions (EAM), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems. Minimum of one-year experience in a Facilities or Maintenance Management setting with demonstrated skills in computer applications and database management. Familiarity with regulatory compliance/directives in a facilities commercial office setting (OSHA, NFPA etc.). Must have strong communication, presentation, organization, planning, and the interpersonal skills necessary to work as a team member and act as a liaison with clients. Proficient personal computer (PC) skills required. Must have general knowledge of PC’s, handheld devices, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Access, e-mail, and other software applications as required. Basic knowledge of building repair and maintenance. General knowledge of data transfer tools and database platforms required.


Functional Responsibilities: Development of reports, data entry and data loading exercises. Goal is to ensure accuracy of entire organizations’ maintenance data sets. Ability to update, create and modify Preventative Maintenance and Job Plan tasks in support of asset management initiatives. Assists Senior Maximo Technician in the development of training documentation, as well as assist in training sessions with end users. May conduct weekly status meetings with customers to determine progress against plan. Lead tasks and/or technical teams in the deployment of customer driven solutions. 


Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, engineering, computer science or related field. Application or project management certification or four (4) years relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.

Functional Consultant - NYC Metro Area

JFC & Associates is seeking a Functional Consultant to represent our company for assignments in the New York City Metropolitan area. This is a full-time salary position as Functional Consultant / Business Analyst needed to work with a team across multiple client business sectors and projects. MAXIMO is required and client-side business experience is desired with a preferred minimum at least 10 years of CMMS experience. Preference for candidates having subject matter expertise within the Airport, FAR 139, or transportation business sectors. 

Education: Required – Bachelor's degree in a related area and up to 5 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 year college degree from an accredited university
  • Strong organizational, communication skills written and verbal
  • Able to work independently or in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Maximo 7.5 experience

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience in Asset Management
  • Experienced in FAR 139
  • Management experience in maintenance of assets at an enterprise level

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Domestic and International travel up to 25% is required.
